  1. What is my ring size?
    There are a number of ways to measure your ring size. The most accurate method is to visit your local jeweler and have your measurements taken.

    If you are not able to do this, it is best to use a suitable ring to determine the ring size, you do this as follows:

    Place the ring along a ruler and measure the diameter of the inside of the ring. The number of millimeters of the ring is also your European ring size.

  2. Are rings that are sold out still being restocked?
    All rings we offer within our vintage collection are unique and one-of-a-kind! We are constantly looking for the most beautiful vintage and pre-loved treasures so there is a chance that a similar ring will become available again!

    If a ring is returned, the ring can be returned to stock.

    With every sold out item it is possible to receive an email notification when the item comes back in stock. We advise you to sign up for this so you don't miss out on your favorite treasure!
  3. Is all the jewelry you sell vintage?
    Each article clearly states whether it is a pre-loved / vintage item or whether it concerns our own gbop collection.
  4. How should I care for my jewelry?
    Ondanks dat sieraden van goud zijn, zijn deze nog steeds kwetsbaar voor invloeden van buitenaf. Het is daarom aan te raden niet te zwemmen, douchen, schoonmaken of slapen met je sieraad. Ook komen er via de huid stoffen vrij die kunnen reageren met het sieraad. Het is dan ook aan te raden om eerst je dagelijkse verzorging (make-up, parfum etc.) te doen en daarna het sieraad om te doen.
    Na verloop van tijd kunnen je gouden sieraden er alsnog wat minder shining uitzien als toen je de sieraden kocht.

    Goud sieraad reinigen
    Maak een lauw warm sopje met een beetje groene zeep en was het sieraad met een doek of een zachte tandenborstel schoon.
    Laat het sieraad na het wassen uitdrogen op een zachte doek. 

    Sieraad met diamant reinigen 
    Sieraden met diamanten kunnen dof worden door invloeden zoals vet, zeep en andere oliën. Het reinigen kan op een aantal methoden. 
    - Maak een sopje in een kommetje van lauw warm water en een beetje afwasmiddel. 
    - Borstel met een zachte tandenborstel het sieraad in het kommetje. (Bij het eventueel loskomen van de steen zul je deze niet kwijtraken)
    - Leg het sieraad in een zeef en spoel hem schoon met stromend water om zeepresten te verwijderen 
    - Dep het sieraad droog met een pluisvrije doek. 

    Sieraad met andere edelstenen reinigen 
    Sieraden met andere edelstenen zoals citrien, amethist, saffier of topaas zijn ook gevoelig voor vetten en parfum. Deze sieraden kunnen echter ook gereinigd worden op dezelfde methode als sieraden met diamant. 

    Laat je sieraad ieder jaar controleren door een juwelier of goudsmid. Zij controleren je sieraad op zetting en andere vormen van slijtage.

    All orders placed on working days before 14.00 will be shipped the same day!

    Note: Due to Corona and the holidays, the pressure on logistics companies has increased, which can cause orders to be delayed. We do our utmost to deliver the orders as soon as possible, but unfortunately this is not in our hands. We hope for your understanding.

  2. What are the shipping costs?
    All our jewelry is shipped insured, but this is not necessary for all product types.

  3. What are the shipping methods?

    All standard orders are shipped with PostNL.>

    Foreign insured orders are shipped with DHL.

  4. What happens if I am not at home?
    If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the package will be taken to the nearest package point. There the package is ready for you to pick up.
  5. Can I return my order?
    We hope you're happy with your gbop purchase! But if it happens that you are not completely satisfied, you can always return your order within 14 days

    The steps below show how you can return your jewelry to gbop. < br> 1. Fill in the return form that you here download. (Here in English) 

    2. Pack the items in the original box or other sturdy cardboard box. Add the return form and the original packing slip/invoice to the package. Make sure that the box is tightly closed and that the jewelry has the gbop label. We cannot accept returns without this label. 

    3. Send the package with Tracking Code to the address below.

    If you live outside the EU, import duties may be charged on items you import into your country. The taxes and import duties are for your own account.
