How can I measure my ring size?

Will jewelry that has been sold be replenished?
All rings that we offer within our vintage collection are unique and one-of-a-kind! We are constantly looking for the most beautiful vintage and pre-loved treasures, so there is a chance that a similar ring will become available again! If a ring is returned, the ring can be returned to stock.
With every sold out item it is possible to receive an e-mail notification when the item is back in stock. We advise you to sign up for this so you don't miss anything!
What is made-to-order jewelry?
In addition to our vintage collection, we also have our own gbop collection. This collection of vintage inspired jewelery is created especially for you and for that reason can not be returned. If it concerns a made-to-order piece of jewelry, it is indicated on the product page. If you have any doubts, you can of course always contact us!
How should I maintain my jewelry?
Despite the fact that jewelry is made of gold, it is still vulnerable to external influences. It is therefore advisable not to swim, shower, clean or sleep with your jewelry. Substances are also released through the skin that can react with the jewelry. It is therefore advisable to first do your daily care (make-up, perfume, etc.) and then put on the jewelry. Over time, your gold jewelry may still look a little less shiny than when you bought it.
Cleaning gold jewelry
Make lukewarm soapy water with a little green soap and clean the jewelry with a cloth or a soft toothbrush. After washing, let the jewelry dry on a soft cloth.
Cleaning jewelry with diamonds
Jewelry with diamonds can become dull due to influences such as grease, soap and other oils. Cleaning can be done in a number of ways.
- Make soapy water in a bowl of lukewarm water and a little washing-up liquid.
- Brush the jewelry in the bowl with a soft toothbrush. (If the stone comes loose, you will not lose it)
- Place the jewelry in a sieve and rinse it with running water to remove soap residues.
- Pat the jewelry dry with a lint-free cloth.
Cleaning jewelry with other precious stones
Jewelry with other precious stones such as citrine, amethyst, sapphire or topaz are also sensitive to fats and perfume. However, this jewelry can also be cleaned using the same method as jewelry with diamonds.
Other Have your jewelery checked every year by a jeweler or goldsmith. They check your jewelry for setting and other forms of wear.
Will I receive a warranty on my purchase?
Absolutely! At gbop, quality and service are of paramount importance!
You receive 30 days warranty on your purchase. Please check your order carefully as soon as you have received it, if there are problems with your order we will inform you within 48 hours of receipt. When modifying jewelry on your own initiative at an external party, the warranty of gbop expires.

What is the delivery time?
All orders placed on business days before 2 p.m. will be shipped the same day!
Note: Due to holidays, the pressure on logistics companies can increase, which means that orders can be delayed. We do our utmost to deliver the orders as soon as possible, but unfortunately this is not in our hands. We hope for your understanding.
What are the shipping costs?
All orders placed on business days before 14.00 will be shipped the same day! All our jewelry is shipped insured. We use PostNL for domestic shipments and DHL or UPS for international shipments.
Please note: Due to Corona and holidays, the pressure on logistics companies can increase, which means that orders may be delayed. We do our utmost to deliver the orders as soon as possible, but unfortunately this is not in our hands. We hope for your understanding.

What are the shipping methods?
All standard orders and all shipments within the Netherlands are shipped with PostNL.
International orders are shipped with DHL .
What happens if I am not at home?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the package will be taken to the nearest package point. There the package is ready for you to pick up.
Can I return my order?
We hope you are happy with your gbop purchase! But should it happen that you are not completely satisfied, you can always return your order within 14 days. *
Attention! It is not possible to return made-to-order jewelry!
Leave the steps below see how you can return your jewelery to gbop.
1. Fill in the return form you here download. (Here in English)
2. Pack the items in the original box or other sturdy cardboard box. Add the return form to the package. Make sure that the box is closed properly and that the jewelry is provided with the gbop label. We cannot accept the return without this label.
3. Send the package with Track & Trace (and preferably by registered mail) to the address below;

Attention! The costs for returning your order are for your own account and we recommend that you provide proof of shipment with tracking information. If the return package is lost, this is not our responsibility.

I live outside the EU, can extra costs be charged?
If you live outside the EU, import duties may be levied on items that you import into your country. The taxes and import duties are for your own account.
When will I receive the refund of my return?
After you have received confirmation of receipt of your return, it may take up to 10 business days before you have received a refund of the purchase amount. We can only refund to the original payment method.
