All jewelry is shipped insured and signed for. We use PostNL for domestic shipments and DHL or UPS for international shipments.

We hope you're happy with your gbop purchase! But if it happens that you are not completely satisfied, you can always return your order within 14 days
The steps below show how you can return your jewelry to gbop.
2. Pack the items in the original box or other sturdy cardboard box. Add the return form to the package. Make sure that the box is properly closed and that the jewelry is provided with the gbop label. We cannot accept the return without this label.
3. Send the package with Track & Trace (and preferably registered) to the address below;

Note: The costs for returning your order are for your own account and we recommend that you keep proof of shipment with tracking information. If the return package is lost, this is not our responsibility.
