Terms of service

Article 1. | General
1.1 Gbop's General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, products, orders, agreements and deliveries of Gbop. By ordering an item, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions about these terms and conditions, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Article 2. | Agreement and Order
2.1 The agreement becomes binding the moment you place your order. Gbop will process the order after payment is received. Until then, Gbop is the owner of the products.
2.2 Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email that payment has been accepted, as well as confirmation and details of your order. If you would like an invoice incl. VAT, you can send an e-mail to email@example.com
2.3 Images and specifications are indicative. All products are handmade and may therefore vary. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it (see Article 6), but it cannot form the basis for submitting a claim.
Article 3. | Payment and Payment Methods
3.1 At Gbop you can choose from four secured payment methods: Ideal, Bancontact and Creditcard; MasterCard & VISA.
3.2 If Gbop has mistakenly quoted a wrong price on the website – and it is clearly a mistake – we have the right to change this. Even if you have already ordered that item.
3.3 All product prices on Gbop.nl include VAT and from €150 including shipping costs.
3.4 Credit card details such as credit card number, expiry date, etc., are automatically transferred to the relevant payment processor via an encrypted and secure system without Gbop or others having access to this data. Even in the event of a refund, full credit card details will not be visible. If you pay with Visa or Mastercard there is extra protection through special verification methods (Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure Code).
Article 4. | Delivery
4.1 Gbop delivers orders via the PostNL courier service and any foreign partners.
4.2 If you entered the wrong delivery address by mistake, chose the wrong delivery option or were not at home when PostNL or a foreign partner came to deliver the package - and therefore additional costs apply - Gbop may charge these costs to you .
4.3 Gbop ships the order immediately after payment of the agreement. Gbop always strives to receive your order on time. If for whatever reason this does not happen (an item is temporarily out of stock or the courier service is discontinued), we will let you know immediately.
4.4 Until the moment of delivery, Gbop bears the responsibility for the order. After delivery, this responsibility is transferred to you.
4.5 Please note that the delivery times stated in article 5 are the expected delivery times. In the event that a product is not delivered within the expected period, it is not possible to make a claim. However, Gbop will try to guarantee the estimated delivery time at all times.
Article 5. | Quality guarantee and expected delivery time
5.1 Gbop striving for the satisfaction of all our customers, we are therefore strict about the quality of all our items. Nevertheless, we recommend that you check the quality and number of products within fourteen working days. If something is not right, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
5.2 Gbop aims for a maximum delivery time of 2 working days, this is the estimated delivery time for all our items.
Article 6. | Returns
6.1 Of course we hope that you are satisfied with your purchased jewelry. If, for whatever reason, this is not the case, you have fourteen days to return the product.
6.2 The return must always be sent in the original packaging and the return form must always be enclosed in the box.
6.3 You can return the package together with the return form to:

6.4 You are responsible for the cost and responsibility of the return, unless the condition of your purchase has deteriorated or damaged through no fault of your own. Damage due to insufficiently protected packaging is at your own expense.
6.5 If goods are used, worn, damaged or incomplete, we have the right to refuse the returned items.
6.6 Refunds will be made within 14 working days after receipt and verification.
6.7 Gbop can only transfer the refund to the account from which the original payment was made.
Article 7. | Warranty
7.1 After the quality guarantee period of fourteen days (article 5.1), Gbop gives a 30-day guarantee on the quality of the product. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, please send an email to email@example.com and we will send you a return form.
7.2 Gbop will, if a situation related to Article 7.1 occurs, propose an appropriate alternative to you, but Gbop decides which of the following options is chosen.
7.3 In case of refund, refund (including shipping costs) will be made within 14 working days after receipt and verification.
7.4 If Gbop repairs or replaces the item, this can take up to 14 working days if communicated otherwise.
7.5 The warranty is void if the product has defects caused by improper use, or if you or others have made changes to the product, have tried that, or if it has been used in a way for which the item was not intended .
Article 8. | Copyright
8.1 All photos and graphics used by Gbop are copyrighted. Photos and images may not be reproduced or used in public without written permission from Gbop.
Article 9. | Disputes
9.1 All legal relationships are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
